At Murray Properties, we have been letting and managing properties since 1985. Over the years, we have learned a great deal about rental and we know that tenants expect a high quality service. That is why we have a dedicated quality maintenance department.
What makes us unique is that our network of maintenance staff are on call 24 hours a day in the event of an emergency.
Our maintenance team is headed by Mike O’ Brien. With over 20 years experience, Mike leads the team in ensuring that our properties are maintained to a high standard. All personnel are direct employees of Murray Properties and work to a professional standard covering all trades; including carpentry, plumbing, painting, locksmith, roofing, plastering and electrical works. We also have a dedicated cleaning crew who ensure that our properties are well taken care of.
TopMaintenance Tips for Tenants
Tenants are required to notify our office on 012 4504623 of any maintenance issues in the house. Remember, if issues are not reported in a timely manner then tenants could be liable.
Email is a useful way in which to to keep track of maintenance request and progress as you can refer back to the dates and times. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to report any maintenance problems.
Always ensure filters in washing machine and driers are kept coin free by emptying your pockets before a wash!
Tenants cannot carry out alterations or improvements without the Landlord’s consent.
